TLINDEN 3a29223c9f the normal autogen.sh run doesn't generate usage.h and other generated stuff on users machines. I pre-generate them here, where I know it works as I expect. This should fix issue#3, where on some linux machines generation of usage.h doesn't work which leads to a compiler error.
