TLINDEN 1a772e15b8 added better error handling to vault writing, always use a tmp

vault file for writing. added matching unittest to check if
the code catches a disk full error.

Unittests fpr PCP.

Execute 'make test' here or from the top level directory
to run the unit tests. Usually all tests shall succeed.

Execute 'make stresstest' to run a longer stresstest. It
generates lots of keys and takes some time.
